Flemington Spotlight: Established in 1959, the Flemington Coffee Shop is a family and Veteran-owned business serving Flemington for over 50 years. Their motto is “mi casa es su casa” (my home is your home). Owners Santiago and Maria Cuellar strive to maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.
Their menu features breakfast, lunch, and light Latin Cuisine. Their menu features some of the same delicious items that were served when they opened back in the ’60s and some new Latin fan favorites such as flan, tres leches, and empanadas.
