Today, we are shining our spotlight on a Flemington favorite, The Chimney Rock Inn! Located right on Route 31, this New American Eatery is a local favorite offering quality dining for all tastes and a full-service bar. Their menu consists of American casual Italian, and comfort cuisine. Some of their most popular menu items are their legendary thin crust pizza, charbroiled angus beef burgers, house smoked ribs, and brisket.
Chimney Rock may be new to Flemington, having only been open for two years, but the nostalgic Garden State staple has been around since the 1860s, with Alan Frank purchasing it under the name Chimney Rock, Inc. in 1995, maintaining much of the original menu.
Members of the staff told us they love the “loyalty and relationships they have built with customers over the years. We love seeing our customers return frequently. We aim to make every experience at Chimney Rock Inn a memorable one because we realize our guests have many options and we greatly appreciate their loyalty.”
Fun Fact: They recently partnered with the Fudge Shoppe to carry an assortment of their tasty treats now available for takeout & delivery.
