Singing Bowl Meditation

Crystal and hammered copper singing bowls have been used for centuries for sound healing and relaxation. Originating in China, they are a common Buddhist religious practice, often accompanied by meditation and chanting. Singing bowls can aid with chakra alignment and overall health and wellness. Join Psychic Medium Nikki Steward for a relaxing bowl session. This session will incorporate both the crystal and hammered copper bowls, as well as other sound healing devices.
