Barkley’s Paws for Pups

Barkley’s Marketplace is hosting a “Paws for Pets” campaign in the month of March to support the non-profit group Outcast Rescue at both Barkley’s locations – 79 Main St. in Flemington, NJ and 3150 Rt. 22 in Branchburg, NJ. Customers who donate to the animal rescue group will be invited to write their name or a message on paper “paw.” which will be displayed at the shop. Barkley’s Marketplace will match donations up to $1,000. In addition, “Wish List” items selected by Outcast Rescue will be available for purchase at a discount.

The non-profit organization Outcast Rescue rescues “misjudged dog breeds” including pitbulls and rottweilers. They find homes for unwanted puppies and dogs of all ages and sponsor medical treatment for animals with severe injuries, often due to abuse or neglect. The organization, located in Catasauqua, PA, is 100% volunteer and foster-based.
