Their fresh and innovative dishes bring delight to customers, old and new. “Our customers are foodies. We have regulars by name, and lately, on Saturdays during our popular brunch, we have a younger crowd coming in from up north and beyond. Our specials change on a weekly basis – in the winter, you can find items like pumpkin soup, roasted pear radicchio salad, and Norman’s slow-smoked beef brisket.” Regular hours are Wed-Sat, but Market Roost also offers brunch on Saturdays from 10-2:30 (reservations preferred). We decided to open a shop on Main Street, where there were tons of visitors coming in from all over, and Flemington was all part of that renaissance. I had Julia Child sit at my table in my front window, visiting from her Doylestown estate.
