Flemington, NJ – April 28th On Saturday, August 12th, the summer harvest meets the Flemington’s Arts & Cultural District on Stangl Road, where the 6th Annual Corn, Tomato, and Beer Festival celebrates sweet Jersey tomatoes, heirloom corn, local craft beer, live music, and family activities from noon to 8 p.m.
Attended by thousands, the event offers farm-to-table cuisine, an homage to NJ’s beloved corn and tomato dishes prepared by local restaurants and farmers, and a beer garden featuring ten local New Jersey craft breweries.
“Lone Eagle Brewing is excited to build on past event successes by bringing a great curated collection of craft brewers to this year’s festival. We love supporting our local NJ craft brewers and serving beer made from local ingredients,” said Bob King, owner of Lone Eagle Brewing and a Flemington Community Partnership Board (FCP) member.
Foodies and fun lovers will enjoy live bands, kids’ activities, crafts and face painting, vegetable stands, and artisan vendors on Stangl Road (closed to car traffic).

“We are so fortunate to live in the heartland of Jersey’s famous corn and tomato farms, with a historic downtown Main Street, a new Arts and Cultural District on Stangl, and great community-oriented future growth – it is the best of both worlds,” said Jeremy Long, Flemington Borough Council President.
NEW THIS YEAR: Flemington restaurants celebrate the local harvest and gear up for the festival by featuring creative corn and tomato dishes for our Corn, Tomato, and Beer Restaurant Week from
At the festival, restaurants and food stands will offer variations on dishes featuring corn and tomatoes and the usual favorites. Featured items include roasted corn, gazpacho, wood-fired pizza, corn salad, homemade empanadas, Mexican street corn, pulled pork, quesadillas, heirloom tomato salad, and fresh salsas and gourmet kettle corn.
Festival-goers can complement these choices with refreshing beer, kombucha, fruit smoothies, fresh lemon and limeade, and frozen cheesecake on a stick. If you bring a chair or a blanket, there is enough space to find a shady spot to relax.
