Flemington, NJ – September 29, 2022 – Due to the inclement weather forecasted, Flemington Community Partnership’s 2nd Annual Hunterdon Harvest Fest, scheduled for Saturday, October 1, has been postponed to Saturday, October 29, from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
The rescheduled farm-to-festival celebration of local craft breweries, farmers, artisans, and restaurants on Saturday, October 29 will include all the fun and festivities originally planned, with an added Halloween twist. The location and events will remain the same, taking place in the artisan district at Flemington’s Stangl Road, and featuring local food from area farms, adult beverages from seven Hunterdon County craft breweries and one cidery, live music from local bands and DJs, family friendly activities, craft vendors, and more.
“We are heartsick that Hurricane Ian is having such a devastating impact at this time. We are deeply concerned about our friends and neighbors in the South. The forecast currently shows a 70% chance of rain on Saturday and Sunday in our area, thus we made the decision to postpone the event until 10/29 to ensure that we have the best opportunity for a safe and meaningful event for all,” said Robin Lapidus, Executive Director at the Flemington Community Partnership. “We look forward to celebrating the Hunterdon Harvest and Halloween with our community and visitors soon.”
