Join us for a great day on Stangl Road in Flemington celebrating Hunterdon County breweries, restaurants, businesses, and farms. Featuring live music all day, farm to festival foods, local craft beer, ice cream, and games for all ages! The event will take place on Sat, 10/2 from 12-8pm on Stangl Road near Lone Eagle (Stangl Road will be partially closed).
A special family area from 12-6pm will feature stuff- a-plushie from Chirp Workshop, games, free scarecrow making, and children’s music with Miss Maureen at 1pm and 3pm. “Old Betsy,” the antique fire truck, will be nearby for fire truck rides. For those looking for some competitive fun, Axeiom ax throwing, new to Flemington, is located behind 34 Stangl Road (axeiom.com).
In a fitting tribute to the Stangl Road artisan district, the musical band “The First Class Creeps” will be headlining the event with a 7:00 pm performance. The band is comprised of Stangl Road artists Kev Von Holt (Kev Von Holt Gallery) on lead vocals/guitar and Jared Oberman (Factory Fuel owner) on bass and vocals, along with Avi Kazam on drums, and Dave Kopp on lead guitar. Local Lambertville band, Strange Brew Crew will also entertain the crowd from 5:30-7:00pm and Chef Andrew Mercado of Asado Taco will take the stage as a guest DJ.
The event features farm-to-table cuisine, plus a beer garden featuring five Hunterdon County craft breweries. This event is a fundraiser for the Flemington Fire Department, and the proceeds from beer sales will be donated to the volunteer organization.
